I work with adults who have grown cynical, burned out, hopeless, and tired of the never-ending cycle of distraction, chemical dependence, dysphoria, malaise, and who have a restless desire to break free from the status quo. You may have almost given up, but you're holding onto hope that there's still a reason to keep trying to find another way out of this muck. If you're struggling with shame, regret, and life crises manifesting as depression, anxiety, or personal, relationship, and career problems, and you have found escape in destructive, repetitive patterns you'd like to stop, please reach out. I'd love to help you find a way to create something new.

Insurance: Blue Cross Blue Shield of Texas, United Healthcare, and Aetna. I can also provide a superbill to help with deductibles and reimbursement.

More About Me

I have a Master of Science (MS) degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Tarleton State University. I am a licensed professional counselor (LPC), licensed chemical dependency counselor (LCDC), and nationally board certified counselor (NCC). I integrate techniques from Existential-Humanist, Adlerian, and Reality/Choice Theories. I use a deep listening and empathetic approach to help you identify core patterns of behaviors and beliefs which block you from fully experiencing your authentic inner self. I help clients experiment with fully appreciating their present moment experiences as they are.

My goal is to help you find new ways to restore your sense of self and purpose and find joy again or maybe for the first time. I am committed to working with you as an affirming and compassionate ally. You are welcomed and valued as you are, without criticism or judgment. Every expression of who you are is important, valued, and celebrated.

I work with individuals suffering from depression, anxiety, bi-polar, grief, ADHD, existential crises, trauma, burnout, stress, spiritual abuses, low self esteem, low self worth, family of origin stressors, relationship and communication problems, and life transitions. Additionally, I work with those suffering from chemical dependence and substance use disorders, self-harming, and suicide ideation. I enthusiastically support and work with members of the LGBTQ+ communities and those on the autism spectrum.
